My health and fitness journey was kicked into overdrive when a major medical event shook me out of my glazed donut slumber. I've never been described as being "overweight" but my lifestyle of poor food choices and no exercise had caught up with me. I was tired, moody, and not my best self. At 65% lung function, I knew I had to make some major changes - pronto. My quality of life depended on it.
